The Adoption Process
from application to adoption
Step one: VIEW the ADOPTABLE ANIMALS on our website.
Step two: Submit an adoption application for any animals that you feel would make a great addition to your family.
Step three: We will be in touch within 48 hours by email or a call with more information about the animal and to let you know the status of your application.
Step four: Once your application is approved, we will schedule a time for you to visit Fabled Farm in Christiana, TN and meet the animal you are interested in adopting.
Step five: If the animal is a good match for your family, we will schedule a time for you to pick up the animal or schedule delivery (applies to farm animals/equines and depends on availability - delivery fee applies) and make the adoption official with your signing the contract and paying the adoption fee.

"We adopted Bam Bam Pigelow and Diesel in March. They have been the perfect addition to our growing farm family, and, as my husband says, they're basically dogs! They spent their spring rooting up their pen, the summer lounging in mud holes, and the fall chomping on veggies from the garden. We can't believe how smart they are and how much they enjoy belly rubs. It's clear that April, Bryan, and all of the volunteers took excellent care of our Piggy Bros before they made their way to us. I'm so thankful that organizations like Fabled Farm exist, and that we can spend the next 20 years with two, giant, adorable piggies following us arond."

"Everyone on the staff loves them and they are getting so much love. Figaro and Chaplin have accepted Dave into their herd. Dave was so sad after losing his donkey friend, Shelby, and he has been so much livelier since Chappie and Fig were introduced. We have been ending our volunteer events with a visit to the boys. Everybody loves meeting them and giving them treats. The high school students never want to leave when time is up!”
