New Faces at Fabled Farm

This Week’s Arrivals

Some weeks arrive quietly.

Others bring lambs, alpacas, kittens, and a whole lot of settling in.

This week was one of those weeks.

Reese, the Little Lamb

Reese arrived first. A tiny lamb with a big name and an even bigger personality. Named for Reese’s Pieces, he wasted no time making himself at home.

He has already discovered warm bottles, soft bedding, and the comfort of being watched over. Reese is exactly where he needs to be as he grows stronger each day.

Cody and Paco, the Suri Boys

Cody and Paco joined the farm later that day. Two male Suri alpacas with curious eyes and gentle energy.

They are still taking everything in, learning the rhythms of the farm, and figuring out that people are not so scary. Right now, their job is simple. Eat well. Rest. Observe. Settle.

We will let them show us who they are in their own time.

Pancake and Flapjack

Rounding out the weekend are two kittens with names that match their sweetness. Pancake and Flapjack arrived small, curious, and very aware that good things happen when humans are nearby.

They are settling into kitten routines, discovering toys, naps, and lots of cuddles. Like all new arrivals, they will have a vet visit this week to start their road to finding a forever home.

What These First Days Are About

The first days after arrival are not about introductions or big milestones.

They are about decompression.
About observation.
About learning routines and building trust.

Each animal comes to us carrying a different story. Some are ready to lean in right away. Others need space. All of them need time.

This week, Fabled Farm grew by one lamb, two alpacas, and two kittens. Five new lives, each beginning a new chapter here.

We are grateful to be the place where those chapters begin.
